Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
1 large cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Begin by cutting your cauliflower into florets. Transfer to a blender. Pulse until cauliflower resembles rice.
Transfer to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Let cool. Pour cooked cauliflower rice into a clean tea towel. Ring out as much water as you can. Add cauliflower, cheese, egg, and seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined with a wooden spoon.
Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper, add cauliflower mixture on top. Press into desired shape, flattening to about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden. Top as desired and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until toppings are melty.
