Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen banana chunks (from about 2 very ripe bananas)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.Pour into glasses and serve or refrigerate. Smoothies will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.
